In my 22 year journey as an artist and photographer, I have captured thousands of humans, and have become a curious observer of the human spirit. There is a very magical thing that happens to us when we stop thinking about being photographed and become present in our senses.
I lived outside Phoenix, Arizona the last 4 years, and being a skydiver, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to photograph folks in an airplane graveyard. I saw something very special happen when people walked on top of a huge airplane. I started capturing the coolest images of humans I ever thought possible.
When I moved here to Washington recently, I wanted to figure out a way to re-create those moments of excitement and wonderment in my clients. I first experimented by renting a 40-ft cherry picker, where I suspended my models from a rope and harness. Then I tried a little smaller scale shoot with suspending kids with a portable acrobatic aerial rig! What I discovered, is that aerial imagery is an absolute blast for both me and my clients.
As a die-hard Harry Potter fan, I (of course) have a legit Nimbus 2000 (both kids and adult sizes) for the Quidditch moment you’ve always dreamed of.
I’m beyond excited to connect with clients who are as excited to capture these concepts as I am. I’m calling all magical, adventurous humans, far and wide, to come fly with me!
