Embodiment Sessions at Lemon Wing grew out of years spent shooting boudoir, where I witnessed firsthand the tension between how people see themselves and how they want to be seen. So many sessions felt “performed,” leaving a quiet disconnect between body and spirit.
I designed these offerings to shift that dynamic into a space of genuine presence, celebration, and self-reclamation.
Having walked my own path of healing from sexual abuse, I bring that depth of experience into our time together. This modality isn’t just about beautiful images—it’s an invitation for anyone who’s suffered trauma to engage in a profoundly empowering ritual. By honoring your story and creating a safe, compassionate container, I’ve seen survivors rediscover trust in their bodies and reclaim the joy of inhabiting their own skin.
Each session is a carefully woven ceremony, blending grounding breathwork, guided meditation, astrology, tarot, journaling and embodied movement.
When you revisit your gallery, you’ll re-experience the embodied healing and transformation.

Step into an embodiment photography session where healing, self-love, and artistry come together
—capturing not just how you look, but how it feels to fully inhabit your body.

These sessions offer more than portraits—they are mindful rituals of self-discovery, designed to help you reconnect with your body and spirit.

Through breathwork, meditation, and movement, embodiment photography becomes a transformative practice for survivors and seekers alike.

Every image holds a story of reclamation, reminding you that your body is worthy of reverence, joy, and presence.

An embodiment photo session is both art and therapy—creating empowering photographs that reflect resilience, sensuality, and authenticity.

Whether healing from trauma or simply seeking deeper self-connection, these sessions create a safe and sacred space to celebrate who you truly are.
